General terms and conditions of delivery and payment

Prices:
All prices are as per our current price list. Payment is due in full immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

Delivery:
All goods are shipped ex works. Prices do not include shipping and packing costs. They will be charged separately, plus statutory VAT.

Shipment:
All goods are shipped at purchaser’s risk.

Payment against Invoice:
Shipments outside Germany must be paid for in advance. Invoices will be made out in EURO. A bank fee will be charged on payments received from abroad.

Credit Card Payment:
We accept VISA, Euro-/MasterCard and American Express. This requires indicating the credit card number including the three-digit security code and the expiration date. The total amount plus shipping and packing costs will be debited to your credit card account.

Right of Return:
All products may be returned within two weeks after receipt of the goods without giving any reasons. If the value of the goods to be returned is less than EUR 40.00 return costs shall be borne by purchaser. If the order value exceeds EUR 40.00 the goods may be returned free of charge. To meet the two-week deadline the goods shall be sent in a timely manner to RAL gGmbH, Siegburger Str. 39, D-53757 Sankt Augustin / Germany. If goods are returned in a damaged or used condition RAL gGmbH shall be entitled to claim compensation for lost value.

Guarantee:
If any product is found to be defective upon delivery RAL gGmbH will repair these defects. In doing so, it will be for RAL gGmbH to decide whether to repair or to replace a defective item. In the event that the repair or replacement of goods fails, the customer shall be entitled to resign from the agreement in writing or to a reduction in price.

Reservation of Title:
All goods remain the property of RAL gGmbH until full payment has been received.

Place of Performance, Venue, Applicable Law:
Place of performance and venue with respect to any mutual performance due under the contract, including possible warranty claims shall be Siegburg / Germany. All contracts shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
