How do I create a customer account?

You can create a customer account in the second step of the order process or you can register here. Registering offers you the following advantages: managing your delivery addresses, viewing your order status and order history, keeping a wish list and managing your newsletter settings.

How do I change my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the question mark symbol next to the input field for your password. You will then receive an email containing a link that will allow you to reset your password and enter a new one. If you have not forgotten your password but would still like to change it, you can do this in your customer account under: "My account > Change password".

How can I change my personal details?

If you have a customer account, you can change your personal details under "My account". Your new details will be used the next time you place an order.

How can I log out?

In the main view of your customer account, you will find a button for logging out. If you forget to log out, you will be logged out of the system automatically as a security precaution after a prolonged period of inactivity.

Can I place an order without having a customer account?

Yes, you can place an order without having to register. However, you must always enter your details again every time you place an order. You also have no access to useful features such as managing your delivery addresses, viewing your order status and order history, keeping a wish list and managing your newsletter settings.

How can I delete my customer account?

You can change the data in your account at any time. It is not possible to delete the account yourself. However, it is sufficient to send a quick email to kontakt@ral-farben.de, to request that your account is deleted. We will check your request and delete the account without delay.
